People today use air fresheners to battle gross odors. Not to mention, these air fresheners are available in various scents to help maintain cozy and beautiful atmospheres in their DIY bathrooms.
Below are DIY scents easy to make to help keep your bathroom fresh:
Lemon-Rosemary Simmer Pot
In making this, you will need a small stockpot, water, rosemary, one lemon, and vanilla extract. First, you have to fill the pot with 2/3 full of water. Slice the lemon and the rosemary with a few twigs. Add 1⁄2 teaspoon of coffee. Let this mixture cool all day to fill the rooms with a heavenly fragrance- it can last for up to two days.
Scented Wood Blocks
You will need woodblocks, scented oil or perfume, and small paint brushes. Cover the wood blocks inside the oil by either painting or spraying it on. Put them in a closed, extra oil container. Shake it to ensure it’s coated. Let it sit overnight in the oil, to absorb everything. Add more oil to refresh your wood-block over time.
Reed Diffusers
Oil diffusers are a simple solution that does not require heat or an open flame. Materials are vase, baby oil, essential oil, bamboo skewers, and ribbon and washi tape. Fill your vase (as much as you wish) with essential oil. Fill the rest of the vase with baby oil. Place washi tape at the skewer end. Place skewers in the vase and then tie a ribbon to the end. The oil will spread through the skewers up into the room.
